After joining the Project OASIS team system, you will have the opportunity to showcase your cohesion and influence through rankings. The ranking system rewards members who excel in growing and developing their teams. This document provides a clear overview of the ranking system, including requirements, rewards, and how to upgrade.

Team Ranking

he Project OASIS team ranking is based on the number of members you invite and the size of your team. It is designed to reward those who perform exceptionally in team growth and development. Below are the detailed descriptions of each level:

1. Nomad

• Requirement: Become team member

• Team Requirement: None

• Differential Reward: Not applicable

• Leveling Reward: Not applicable

Description: As a newly joined team member, you will automatically be a Nomad. This is your starting point in the team ranking system, marking your official entry into the community.

2. Explorer

• Requirement: Invite 3 new members or above

• Team Requirement: At least 10 members in your team

• Differential Reward: 9%

• Leveling Reward: Not applicable

Description: When you invite 3 new members and have at least 10 members under your team, you will be lpromoted to Explorer. At this level, you receive a 9% differential reward as an incentive for inviting new members. No leveling reward is available at this level.

3. Discoverer

• Requirement: Invite 3 new members or above

• Team Requirement: At least 2 Explorers in your team

• Differential Reward: 12%

• Leveling Reward: 1%

Description: When your team has at least 2 Explorers, you will be promoted to Discoverer. As a Discoverer, you enjoy a 12% differential reward and a 1% leveling reward, recognizing your efforts in team development.

4. Merchant

• Requirement: Invite 3 new members or above

• Team Requirement: At least 2 Discoverers in your team

• Differential Reward: 15%

• Leveling Reward: 1%

Description: When your team has at least 2 Discoverers, you will be promoted to Merchant. At this level, your differential reward increases to 15%, while maintaining a 1% levelling reward, showcasing your leadership in team growth.

5. Leader

• Requirement：Invite 3 new members or above

• Team Requirement: At least 3 Merchants in your team

• Differential Reward: 18%

• Leveling Reward：1%

Description: When your team has at least 3 Merchants, you will promoted to Leader. As a Leader, your differential reward increases to 18%, with a 1% levelling reward, reflecting your exceptional leadership and influence within the team.

6. Elite

• Requirement: Invite 3 new members or above

• Team Requirement: At least 3 Leaders in your team

• Differential Reward: 21%

• Leveling Reward: 1%

Description: The highest level is Elite. When your team has at least 3 Leaders, you reach this level. As an Elite, you enjoy the highest differential reward of 21% and a 1% leveling reward, representing your top-tier achievements and contributions to the team.

Each user can participate in the referral program by inviting friends to join the ecosystem and earn rewards of up to $500.

Additionally, users can unlock higher reward limits by subscribing to more LP tokens ( Fire: Salamander Emblem) , further enhancing their earning potential. Even if the current rewards haven’t reached $500, users can still gradually unlock higher reward caps by continuing to subscribe to more LP tokens.
